In order to give our greens the best possible chance of a smooth playing surface, we must insist that all golf shoes have 'soft-spikes' only.
On the Course - Smart & tidy conventional golf attire is required. For your safety, proper golf shoes must be worn. Golf shoes with metal spikes are not permitted on site.
In the Clubhouse - Smart/Casual wear is welcomed, along with clean shoes (including golf shoes). Hats and Beachwear are not permitted.
Saunton's courses are not for beginners, a reasonable standard of play is required to enjoy the courses. We do not ask for Handicap Certificates but we do ask that common golf etiquette is adhered to.
Players are asked to keep up with the group in front. If a group loses a complete hole on the match in front they should call the group behind through irrespective of the number in the group. A fourball should take no more than 4 hours to complete a round on either course at Saunton.
There are two practice putting greens, a short game practice area, a covered range for iron play only (token required), and a long practice ground.
Range tokens are £4.00 per 40 balls.
Buggies, electric trolleys and pull trolleys can be hired and should be reserved in advance with the Pro Shop.
